More Info
The Regional Open Circuit (ROC) is designed to promote and develop strong regional tournaments for the Open/Division I-A fencer who seeks competitive opportunities beyond the local and sectional level but below the NAC Division I level. Points are awarded at ROC events, however, the ROC points list is separate from the National Rolling Points List. (Foreign fencers may compete though they are not counted as part of the field for qualification purposes as they can not fence summer nationals). Points are accumulated on a Regional basis.
