Registration, Event Fees

- Regular Fees entry Wednesday May 15th, 2019 EDT) - $25 registration plus $35 per event
- Double Fees (May 16th to May 20th 11:59PM EDT) - $50 registration fees plus $70 per event
- Triple Fees (May 21st to May 27th 11:59PM EDT) - $75 registration fees plus $105 per event
Starting May 28th 2019, no registration will be accepted through askfred.
Walk-ins are permitted at the triple fee rate ($75 + $105).
Your registration is incomplete until payment is made via askfred. If you want to make alternate payment arrangements, you must email the organizer at AIF_Challenge@hotmail.com before Tuesday May 7th 11:59PM EDT
Check-In
=======
Venue opens 6:30AM each day.
You will need to present:
- Proof of USFencing membership, FIE license, or foreign federation membership. If no membership provided, fencer has to complete and pay for USFencing membership at he door
- Signed waiver
- Proof of age, Birth certificate, passport, driver license or USFencing membership
card if DOB is noted on the card.
Refund Policy
===========
- Registration fees are NON REFUNDABLE
- Before Tuesday May 7th 11:59PM EST: refund of event fees except askfred fees
- Starting Wednesday May 8th NO refund NO exception
Fencers must check-in each day they fence
Please arrive sufficiently early for equipment check
Age Eligibility

- OPEN : 2005 or earlier
- Y10 : 2008 - 2011
- Y12 : 2006-2009 (or on Y10 NRPS)
- Y14 : 2004-2007 (or on Y12 NRPS)
- JUNIOR: 2000-2006 (or on Cadet NRPS)
