We are pleased to announce that the Kentucky Division's largest tournament, the Bourbon Open, will be a USA Fencing: Regional Open Circuit (ROC) for the 2014-15 season. Payment is accepted via PayPal at this email address: kydivfencing@gmail.com
As you accept our invitation to compete on November 15-16 in the Kentucky division's signature event, the 41st Bourbon Open , please note that our host hotel is the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Downtown -We have rooms available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites with 2 queen beds or 1 King bed at a rate of $109. The rate includes complimentary breakfast and internet each day. There are King Suites available at the SpringHill Suites for a rate of $119. BOTH RATES WILL END ON NOV. 4TH . So you will need to hurry if you wish to take advantage.The property includes internet and breakfast complimentary as well. Their Phone is 502.855.7000.
We are extending the open preregistration date to Thursday, November 13th. We would prefer if you would pay via mail or PayPal, BUT will also accept payment at the door. In order not to incur a triple late fee, you must be preregistered on AskFred by the cut off date.
Fees & Payment:
$40 Registration Fee. $30 for each event (includes USA ROC). Refund of event fee(s) if written notification received by 11:59 PM Weds November 12, 2014.
Triple late fees if not preregistered by the registration cut off date.
$120 late registration fee / $90 per event
