ROC/RJCC tournaments are open to current USFA competitive members eligible to fence in Open. RJCC events function as qualifiers to the Junior Olympic Fencing Championships. Every fencer will receive a Daugherty bag with a shirt and a towel.

Regional Open Circuit for DIV1A and DIV2 events function as qualifiers to the Summer Nationals. Current USFA competitive members eligible to fence competitions. One-day membership is not valid

What is RJCC?
Regional Junior/Cadet Circuit (RJCC)
The Regional Junior/Cadet Circuit (RJCC) point standings are calculated according to the following guidelines:
In each RJCC category (Junior and Cadet), points will be awarded to the top 40% of fencers in each respective event at each of the following tournaments, using the same schedule of points as that used for placement in Cadet/Junior events without repęchage (see Appendix 2; Table 2.1; Domestic Point table):
• Any sanctioned tournament designated as a Regional Junior/Cadet Circuit tournament; OR
• Any North American Cup tournament; OR
• USA Fencing National Championships.
For purposes of determining a fencer’s RJCC points list placement, the fencer’s best three results from current season tournaments will be used to determine a fencer’s eligibility for Junior Olympic Fencing Championships

Cadet 1998-2001
DIV1A 2001 or earlier
DIV 2 2001 or earlier

For all ROCs
Event results submitted with only 1 participant listed or fenced mixed will not result in the athlete fulfilling the qualification requirement.

Qualification Path to Nationals from the DIV1A ROCs

Be on the current season’s Division I-A Regional Open Circuit point standings at the regular fee entry deadline for the USA Fencing National Championships with at least 685 points OR
Be in the top 8 of the Division 2 Regional Open Circuit point standings at the regular fee entry deadline for these Championships

Qualification Path to Nationals from the DIV2 ROCs

Finish in the top 10% (with a minimum of 4) of a Division 2 ROC (see Table 2.7.3.2 in Chapter 2.7) [BoD, September 2010] OR
Be on the Division 2 Regional Open Circuit point standings with at least 500 points at the regular fee entry deadline for these Championships
